This perspective is rooted in a background in Architecture and Industrial Design, where understanding the bigger picture, recognizing how different elements are connected, and designing practical solutions are fundamental principles—not just ideas on paper.
Applying this way of thinking to Human Resources and Organization Development has shown that what is often perceived as a "people problem" is, in many cases, rooted in systems, processes, and ways of working that have not been designed to support the organization's business goals.
Over more than 12 years in Human Resources and Organization Development, this approach has been refined through working with organizations across a wide range of industries. In particular, the past 7+ years partnering with founders and leadership teams in technology startups, e-commerce, logistics, and SMEs have provided first-hand insight into the challenges of growing organizations—from the perspectives of business, people, and operations.
